I keep seeing she working on the album but i swear she said its finish!
The album is finished from what she has told us but that doesn't mean Toni still isn't recording for other projects like the group song she did with Tank, Faith and the rest of the artist's tapped to sing on that record....
"Working On The Album" also means prep work for promo and things like that it doesn't always mean "Recording" particular tracks for the actual setlist on the album.....
As far as all of us know who watched the Byron interview that Toni did not to long ago the "Album" is finished vocally so now Atlantic and Toni have to get ready for the coming months and for all the work that goes with getting the album out and getting the album and all its official singles to the top of the charts!!!!!!
It's one thing to release an album and have it debut at the top or in a high spot on a Billboard chart because of that artist's name or because nobody relevant is releasing anything at the same time, but its the hard studio work and pre planned work & promo behind the scenes that keeps it at the top or moves it from whatever number it charted it at to number 1!
The "Libra" album debuted at number four on the Billboard 200 and number two on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums, selling 114,000 copies in its first week had Toni had the support from Blackground the way she deserved to the album would have moved from number 4 to number one and would have been the number one album on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart not to mention the singles would have done a lot better then they did without a doubt!
iN MY PERSONAL OPINION Toni did as well as she did with "LIBRA"" only because she put her all into the project when one one else from the record company really did and mainly because of her name period.....
This time around its going to take promo to remain at the top or even in the top 5 on any of the charts that Billboard has and even the digital online charts!!!!
So I honestly that's just what I believe is going on now, you know getting a decent plan and sticking to it so that we can see Toni at number one and remain there for weeks once again!

I'm not sure if some of you guys remember when that LiL mini video interview Toni gave some online paparazzi agency group outside of Mr. Chows in Vegas when Toni was there for Clive Davis with her husband and one of her sisters I believe and they asked her while she was signing autographs trying to get in her vechile to leave about whether or not she thought Britney Spears can be back at number 1 and she replied with something to the effect that "She thought so because she's (BRITNEY) has been there before" Its the same thing with Toni she's been there before!
