will the soul train awards be on the web

i don't have cable so i would like to know is the soul train awards will be online
and if so what the address of the website is

The Soul Train Awards Taping at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia on Tuesday, November 3rd, the show will premiere on both CENTRIC and BET in a special simulcast on Sunday, November 29 at 9:00 PM*.
